Option 1 — Delete inside the app (instant)
- Open HM Tally Bot.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion
If you no longer have the app, send a request below. We process requests within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your name, profile photo link, Google account ID, sign-in times and count — deleted from our licence register.
- All company data cached on your phone — deleted (also removed when you uninstall the app).
- Your Tally company sheets live in your own Google Drive (folder "TallyERPWeb") and belong to your desktop software; the developer never has access to them. You can delete them yourself at drive.google.com, together with the "HM Tally Bot shared" folder of PDF links.
- Kept: your email address and trial dates, for up to 3 years, only to prevent the free trial being restarted.
To remove the app's Google access: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
