Option 1 — Delete inside the app (instant)
- Open HS Vault Pro and unlock your vault.
- Go to More → Settings → Delete Account.
- Choose whether to also delete your HSPassVault data from Google Drive, type DELETE and confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion
If you no longer have the app, send a request below. We process requests within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Name, profile photo, Google account ID, device model, Android version and device identifier — deleted.
- Vault data (clients, passwords, notes) lives in your own Google Drive in the "HSPassVault" folder. The app deletes it when you choose so; you can also delete that folder yourself at drive.google.com. The developer never has access to it.
- Kept: your email address and trial dates, for up to 3 years, only to prevent repeated free-trial abuse.
To remove the app's Google access: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
